Recreational Program

At DanceXpressions Performing Arts Center, our recreational programs will ignite your child’s creative passion abilities and passion.  (And, please make no mistake.  Recreational does not mean “low quality”!  All our instructors teach both recreational students as well as students in the Programs of Excellence and Leadership. Each and every student matters at our dance studio!)  So, to help you find the right fit for your child, here are a few questions:

Is your child shy?  Not confident in new situations yet?  Not a problem!  Your precious one will blossom and grow in confidence under the recreational program within our dance studio!

Looking for an outlet for all that amazing energy in your child?  Not sure he or she could handle an activity for more than once or twice a week?  Recreational seem to be the right fit!  Perhaps some of our faster tempo classes are the right fit!  Watch as your dancer’s exuberance turns into dance skills as he or she learns to focus that energy into a creative outlet.

Are you looking for a dance studio family rooted in kindness and faith so that your child can simply take a dance class?  Not sure if he or she will love it or if this is the best hobby for your child?  At DXPPAC, we have the different program levels to accommodate differences in students and families.  Not every child wants to compete or become a professional dancer.   Our programs allow both aspiring artists and hobby dancers the opportunity to grow, learn, and develop their love and skill of performing arts.   We suggest you start with our recreational program and let the future happen.

Is your dancer serious about perfecting every move?  Tries to imitate every dance or vocal show on TV?  Focuses seriously when dancing, singing or doing musical theatre?   Your performer  may want more than the Recreational Program can offer and may be a good fit for our Programs of Excellence and Leadership.  We suggest you look into both options to determine the correct fit for your dancer and family.

All our classes may be considered for the DXPPAC Recreational Program, with the exception of Performance Team rehearsals and DXPPAC Company rehearsals.  Please take a look at our schedule here and find the right fit for your budding performer!
